Graphite gaskets, with or without metallic reinforcement, have excellent resistance to temperature and creep, excellent chemical stability, high sealing capacity, and non-combustible properties. The material, commonly used for flange seals, ensures no adhesion between the gasket and the contact surfaces of the flange itself.
