Driven clutch plates

The driven disc is a component of clutch packs used in coupling with crankset discs to ensure power transmission in clutch systems. FATIGROUP offers customised driven discs with stringent geometric tolerances (especially in terms of flatness) and materials studied in relation to industrial application.

MOST COMMONLY USED MATERIALS:

» Low-carbon steels (DC01, DC03, DC04)
» Strained/hardened low-carbon steels (DC01+C490, DC01+C590, DC+C690)
» Quenched-and-tempered high-carbon steels (C67S, C75S)
