From April 07 to 09, we are developing a training path dedicated to the structured management of process risk, within our company Academy.

A concrete initiative to strengthen a key element of industrial competitiveness: the ability to prevent critical issues before they manifest.

The work is focused on the direct application of the methodology:

analysis of failure mode, risk assessment, and definition of actions on our production processes.

An approach that allows us to:

- increase process reliability and robustness

- reduce defects and non-quality costs

- effectively integrate PFMEA, Flow Chart, and Control Plan

The goal is to make PFMEA an operational decision-making tool, fully integrated into company processes.

Investing in method means improving performance.
